I waited 2 hours for a pizza that ultimately never came. Unfortunately I had already paid for the pizza online .. Unfortunately, the situation could not be clarified with a phone call or an e-mail. Tomorrow I'll call again when the manager is at home. UPDATE: The next day I got my pizza after consultation and as an excuse I got an ice cream. The pizza arrived warm and tasted good.

The gentleman on the phone took an unmotivated impression and I assumed that he did not find the order acceptance right 4:23 for the order time. Unfortunately, I criticize hard because I am a dominoid myself and know it differently. So you heard the lack of motivation from the management. Especially the operator misled the driver by giving wrong information (house number mentioned 3-4 times). However, the pizzas were correctly topped. But, the mushrooms were black as if they had been overdue for days. After complaining we were offered to deliver a new pizza. Nevertheless, the driver was annoyed by the subsequent delivery. Without apologizing for the unsuccessful product. My conclusion. Food ok Delivery time solid Service neat For comparison, I attach the pizzas.
